Q: What should I wear to a Pilates Reformer class?
Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. Avoid loose clothing as it can get caught in the equipment. Grip socks are MANDATORY for better stability and hygiene and we offer socks for purchase if needed.

Q: What happens if I arrive late?
A: If you arrive late, unfortunately, you will not be allowed to join the class for that session. We highly recommend planning your travel and preparation time to ensure you arrive on time. If you know in advance that you might be late, please contact the front desk as soon as possible to discuss potential options or rescheduling.

Q: How long is a typical Pilates Reformer class?
Our Pilates Reformer classes last about 50-60 minutes depending on class format. This duration allows for a thorough warm-up, a balanced workout, and a cool-down period.

Q: How do I book a class?
You can book a class through our website or through Mindbody.com. We use the MINDBODY app for convenient scheduling and class management. Be sure to check our class schedule and availability, as spaces can fill up quickly.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
We require at least 5 hours' notice to cancel a class without incurring a fee. Cancellations made within 5 hours of the scheduled class time will be considered late cancellations and may result in a $10 fee or loss of the class credit, depending on your membership or package terms. No shows will be charged a $20 fee.

Q: Will I be charged for a late cancellation or no-show?
Yes, late cancellations (less than 8 hours of the scheduled class) will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee and no shows will be charged a $20 no show fee. Please note, all classes are limited to 12 reformers. While we highly enrourage booking in advance to maintain a consistent practice, we ask to please be mindful of the commitment when booking. The 8 hour policy provides a reasonable notice for others who may want the opened refermer. We understand emergencies happen so please contact us if you have an extenuating circumstances. Members are responsible for the attendance of their V - Buddies.

Q: How do I waitlist?
Download the MINDBODY App to stay updated on your class status. If you are on the waitlist, please wait for our notification through the app or text ONE HOUR before the class begins to secure your spot. For fully booked classes, check 2 hours before the class starts.

Q: How do I cancel my unlimited membership?
Cancellation Notice: If you wish to discontinue your unlimited membership after the initial 3 month commitment period, please notify us at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. This ensures that we can process your request without any issues.

Do I need to sign a waiver?
When you sign up to be a member, you automatically accept the waiver. This is necessary in order to use the reformers and participate in the classes.
